I don't have access to Charis' 1st birthday pictures right now but the little party hats we wore at Julia's birthday were also worn at Charis' & Mercy's 1st birthdays. :)

Hey, they were leftover and still in good condition and we've happened to get a lot of fun use out of them, lol! ;)

The Belated Birthday Girl

I forgot to post pictures of the night we had Julia's 1st birthday cake and ice cream.
We actually didn't celebrate just us until her 13 month birthday as we had had quite a bit of partying around her birthday and we didn't care to get sick!

It made it a special evening though and the children all enjoyed themselves and their cupcakes but they take after their momma in the fact that they think ice cream is way better. ;)

I don't know what it is about me and loving to run in the rain but I do. I guess it is just an enjoyable childhood memory that I love to re-live. :)

Anyways, the other day we actually had a good rain withOUT thunder and lightening!
As soon as I realized this I gathered the kids and we all went outside, had a blast and got soaking wet! :)

So thankful for God's protection!

Thank you all for praying for the Walsh family. I thought I would pass along the latest update that she shared. :)

The children all saw the Pediatrician today, and they are pleased with how the kids are doing. Seems like they are all healing well, and the pain and soreness seems to be under control. We are thankful to the Lord for His strength and help through this time.

Another Request/Updates

Please pray for Hannah-Lynn as she has surgery first thing in the morning to Lord-willing close her wound. Thank you for praying, God has been SO merciful!

Update from Hannah on the kids.....Adrian is very sore, not really walking at all, and is wearing a neck brace and splint on his arm. His spirits are better today though! Brandon is totally back to his normal self with no apparent side affects, except some bruises and scratches. Hannah-Lynn has surgery in the morning to close the wound, and is very sore, but overall doing well. Olivia is doing great, and pretty much being her happy self. Patrick is sore, but feeling better, and I'm black and blue and feel like my soreness is getting worse. But I guess it gets worse before it gets better! Thank y'all for praying.
