So thankful for God's protection!

Thank you all for praying for the Walsh family. I thought I would pass along the latest update that she shared. :)

The children all saw the Pediatrician today, and they are pleased with how the kids are doing. Seems like they are all healing well, and the pain and soreness seems to be under control. We are thankful to the Lord for His strength and help through this time.

Another Request/Updates

Please pray for Hannah-Lynn as she has surgery first thing in the morning to Lord-willing close her wound. Thank you for praying, God has been SO merciful!

Update from Hannah on the kids.....Adrian is very sore, not really walking at all, and is wearing a neck brace and splint on his arm. His spirits are better today though! Brandon is totally back to his normal self with no apparent side affects, except some bruises and scratches. Hannah-Lynn has surgery in the morning to close the wound, and is very sore, but overall doing well. Olivia is doing great, and pretty much being her happy self. Patrick is sore, but feeling better, and I'm black and blue and feel like my soreness is getting worse. But I guess it gets worse before it gets better! Thank y'all for praying.

If you go to chieflandcitizen.com you can see pics and read the article on the wreck.

Update

We serve a merciful God! Here is the updates we have gotten so far:

Patrick, the father, they think has a broken shoulder. Hannah, the mother, has a cut up face and is sore. Adrian, 5 was thrown from the vehicle but appears to be fine. Brandon, 3 (also a heart patient) seems to be okay, Hannah-Lynn, 2 was thrown and has the deep cut on her leg but it is not broken, Olivia, 5m appears to be doing okay as well. Praying that no other complications arise. THANK YOU for your prayers!

From Hannah: GOD is so good!! As many of you know our family was involved in a very serious car accident this evening, and God has chosen to spare our lives. We are all in the hospital for the night, and Hannah-Lynn will be here for several days. But, as I type this I can hear three children breathing in the room with ...me, and know the fourth is resting upstairs with her Dad. Thank you for your prayers! Hannah-Lynn (2) and Adrian (5) are the worse off out of the kids, but they are doing well despite their injuries.

THANK YOU again for PRAYING!!!

Julia turned 1

June 5th marked the 1st anniversary of the birth of our 3rd little girl.

We just went and had Julia's pictures taken. I wasn't very optimistic after remembering Mercy's pictures plus the fact that Julia has been sticking to me like glue lately.

Gracie wanted to come along for the ride so I let her carry Julia in and then we let her play on the floor while we waited instead of having her in our laps. I thought this might make it easier to separate her from us when our turn came. She played so happily, giggling, smiling, laughing. When we walked to the room though she stopped still in the doorway and then the fun began! Hahaha, I can laugh at it easier now that Mercy broke me in on this experience. ;)

She started walking away from the spot immediately, wanting Mommy to pick her up. I brought cheerios along to see if we could bribe her, lol.

Starting off so-so, eating a cheerio.
>

Cute face with cheerio in the mouth.

Happy face with cheerio showing! At least she smiled, Mercy didn't even do that!

Playing with Mr. Teddy

(or eating a cheerio off his nose - but hey, it worked and looked cute!)

You're sitting me down?!

I'm serious, Mercy must have told her what to do.

From smile, to uncertainty, to I do NOT want to do this!

I might stop crying if I have my finger but don't think I'm gonna smile.

I'm sorry if this makes me a bad mommy but I love this picture. :)

From then on it was just a daze of sad faces, we didn't dare try and move her again and do something different.

But I'm happy with my one smile, cheerio or not and the crying while hugging the teddy bear (who is a tradition for 1st birthday pictures in our family...only Mercy would have nothing to do with him) is priceless! ♥

Hope you are having a lovely Thursday!
