Matching is Fun

Matching outfits are always a lot of fun in my opinion. Ruth Ann made this little dress for Mercy and when I brought her to church that night to get a picture of Ruth Ann & Mercy together Ruth Ann had unintentionally come dressed coordinating. :)

This is Hope, she just turned 4 and we made her a birthday outfit. She and Charis love to match.

Hope-e and Charis, sweet little friends. :)

Amelia had a birthday back in May and we had made her a birthday dress, I had enough left over for Charis to have a little skirt. Charis is growing like a weed so we had to coordinate at church and get pics before she totally outgrew her skirt.

Charis with her Daddy, the composition of this pic is great Ruth Ann! Thank you for these pics from the wedding. :)

  1. Aww... it is fun to match. So many sweet pictures. Charis and her friend look so adorable together. I also love the bottom picture of Charis holding her Dad's hand at the wedding. The girls' dresses for the wedding are super cute! I assume you made them... if so great job. :)

  2. Hi Susan,

Long story about why I *had* to make the dresses but I did and love the way they turned out. Caleb saw what the girls were going to wear and asked if he could wear his tux. I let him, so they were all decked out. :)

I love, love, LOVE this post!!! I agree, matching is so much fun. Ha, and I'd nearly forgotten about the Mercy/me matching picture, but it's so cute! And taking those pictures at the wedding was so much fun, I'm so glad you liked them!!

Love you!! (thanks for brightening my day and making me smile!!)

  5. aw...your girls are so cute! I wish I had your talent at sewing. Maybe I'll try more after Abby comes. Which answers one of your questions from my blog...Abby (Abigail) is the name we've chosen for her. Amanda has changed her babies name. She and James are going back and forth between Chloe (Amanda's choice)and Zoe (James' choice). oh well...I guess we'll know in a few days. :-)
    Love, Morganne:-)
