Please Pray

For my Grandpa. ♥

Tonight, his body died. My dad rushed next door and performed CPR until the rescue got there. They tried to shock his heart but it did not respond. The paramedics then put him on a vent and a CPR machine and rushed him to the hospital to give him an adrenaline shot in his heart to try and revive it.

They were able to revive it,
and then they lost him again.

And then they were able to revive him yet again.

So, as of late this evening, my grandpa's body is still living and they are trying to stabilize his heart.

My Grandpa does not know Jesus, will you please pray for him and especially my Daddy during this time.

I don't know about tomorrow,
I just live from day to day.
I don't borrow from it's sunshine,
For it's skies may turn to gray.
I don't worry o'er the future,
For I know what Jesus said,
And today I'll walk beside Him,
For He knows what is ahead.

Many things about tomorrow,
I don't seem to understand;
But I know Who holds tomorrow,
And I know Who holds my hand.

She's addicted...

...just like her momma. ;)

Anyone else have the same weakness?!

1/52

So I had good intentions of starting this project of having a picture each week including myself rather than excluding. ;) But I just hadn't gotten myself going, we have had a crazy few weeks here lately.

Last night Mercy picked up the camera and wanted to take a picture of me and the word "no" was on the tip of my tongue but then I remembered this and thought, why not? Her first try hit our stomachs so I had to direct her a bit and I had no idea that Charis was sticking her tongue out until afterwards. My silly girl.

So, here we go and I'll try and remember to post on Fridays I guess. :)

Are anyone else's children like this when you are laying them down for bed, lol?

Our visit with Micah

Sorry these pics are a week old now but last week I took the children to meet Micah. We took a cookie cake with our meal to welcome him. :)

The girls with Micah.

Charis really enjoyed holding him, if you can't tell. ;)
All the grandkids, 3 girls and 3 boys.

Mercy and Micah

She liked him too and it is so cute to hear her say Mi-cah, Mi-cah!

Caleb with his newest male cousin.

Julia was trying to squirm off my lap...

...hmmm, what is this?

Oh! It's a baby! :)

I think everyone approved the newest addition. He is very sweet. ♥

Micah James

My newest nephew, Micah James Smith, arrived today on his due date!
He was born at home in water at 2:45pm.
He weighed 7# 8oz and was 20 3/4" long.
He has loads of curly dark brownish (with a tinge of red) hair!

He makes the 3rd grandson for my parents and my parents also have 3 granddaughters.
Tom asked me if we were going to break the tie and I told him, whenever the blesses us again it will break the tie one way or the other, lol. :)

Here are just a couple pictures, I didn't get many with my camera.

Praising God for his safe arrival!

Silly boy

When I asked Caleb to come outside with me to take pictures he was like, "Sure Mom, are you only going to take 2?" hehe ;)

A couple times he was asking, "Are you almost done?"

I ♥ his silly faces. :D

Caleb is 6

On February 4th, 6 years ago a sweet baby boy joined our family.
We named him Caleb Michael Terrizzi. :)
You are mommy's little boy.
You have been my only boy for 6 years now.
You fill our house with laughter.
(Also with LOTS of spills - hence your nickname "Spill McCaleb".)
You fill our hearts with joy. ♥
We are truly blessed, Thank you Lord for our son.

Yesterday I tried to get some birthday shots of our special birthday boy.
6 years old! I can't believe it!

Of course during his entire photo shoot he was a complete ham and did so many goofy faces I about died. His daddy taught him well. ;) I'll share some of the funny pics later on.
ANY feedback and thoughts on the pictures I would love!
Angles, textures, lines, colors?
Oh and S, I *have* to tell you this! Caleb wanted to try a jumping picture too and after we had done he looked at it on the screen but didn't say much. Later on we had the fam over for cake and ice cream. When E walked in he was showing her his truck from the Crane's and telling her how he had taken it outside to get pictures. And then he said, "Yeah, Aunt E, I jumped higher than the fence!!" LOL I just cracked up since he didn't realize it was the angle of the picture and he thought he had jumped higher than the fence, oh man, I was laughing so hard. :)
